Typical recruitment process

  • Client’s needs analysis (meeting, understanding the profile, time- line, writing ads, selection and evaluation criteria, tests, interviews forms)
  • Publication of the offer to the National Employment Office (ONEM), in the press, on websites and other partners media
  • Applications Analysis (sorting of resumes)
  • Tests and interviews
  • Recommendation of potential candidates to the Client (candidate form, test results, analysis and recommendations)
  • Meeting Client/Candidate and selection of the final candidate by the Client
